1. Using Scanenter
These terms apply to Scanenter's website and event operations service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so. You must be an adult able to enter into an agreement under applicable law.
Scanenter provides event setup, guest lists, ticket generation and sending, team access, and check-in tools. The event organizer remains responsible for the event itself, admission decisions, venue arrangements, safety, permits, and communications with attendees.
2. Accounts and workspace access
Provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and notify eventpro62@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Use only Google accounts and mailboxes you are authorized to connect.
Workspace owners are responsible for the team members they invite and the permissions they assign. Do not share passwords or access another workspace without permission.
3. Your event and attendee information
You retain your rights in the event information, designs, artwork, attendee lists, and messages you provide. You authorize Scanenter and the necessary service providers to process that content to deliver the features you request.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use this information, provide appropriate privacy notices to attendees, and respect correction or deletion requests. Do not upload payment credentials, government identity documents, or other sensitive information that the service does not need.
Our Privacy Policy explains the associated data handling.
4. Google and email sending
Connecting Gmail is optional and uses a separate Google authorization. You choose the mailbox, event, ticket design, subject, and message. You are responsible for ensuring recipients are entitled to receive the event emails you initiate.
Do not send spam, unsolicited bulk promotions, deceptive messages, or malicious attachments. Do not connect multiple accounts to evade Google sending limits, abuse controls, or provider policies. Google's and other providers' applicable terms also apply.
A sent status indicates that the email provider accepted a message and Scanenter recorded the send. It does not guarantee inbox placement, that an attendee opened it, or admission to an event. Provider limits, invalid addresses, network failures, and recipient filtering may affect sending.
You can disconnect Gmail or revoke Google access as described on Data Deletion.
5. Pricing, payments and billing questions
Creating a draft event is free. Event activation is priced at ₹5.00 per attendee of the selected event capacity, with a ₹499.00 minimum per event. This is a one-time event charge, not a monthly subscription. The charge is based on purchased capacity rather than actual attendance or email delivery.
The checkout shows the amount and currency before payment. Any applicable additional taxes must be disclosed there. Purchased capacity cannot be changed after activation in the current service.
Payments are processed through Razorpay and event activation follows server-side verification of a captured payment. Checkout marked Test Mode simulates payment and does not charge real money.
For duplicate charges, activation failures, cancellation requests, or refund requests, contact eventpro62@gmail.com with the event name, payment identifier, and reason. Do not send full card details or banking credentials. Nothing in these terms limits a refund or other remedy that applicable law requires.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Scanenter for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, impersonation, infringement, or unauthorized collection or disclosure of personal information. Do not bypass authentication, misuse QR tickets, disrupt the service, attempt to obtain other users' credentials, or circumvent workspace access or payment controls.
We may restrict access or suspend abusive activity to protect users, comply with law, or meet provider requirements. Contact support if you believe a restriction was applied in error.
7. Service availability and responsibilities
Features depend on network access and third-party services and may be interrupted or changed. Review your guest list and ticket design before sending, and keep an appropriate operational backup for admission and event records.
Scanenter does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, email delivery, or an event's commercial outcome. Each party remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Ending use and deleting data
You may stop using Scanenter, disconnect integrations, or request account and data deletion. See Data Deletion for the process. Removing an event or account does not recall messages already sent, cancel an external event, or automatically reverse an already processed payment.
Some records may be retained where needed for legal, accounting, security, or dispute purposes, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes and contact
Changes to these terms will be published here with an updated revision date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service notice. Changes do not remove rights required by applicable law.
For questions about these terms or an issue with the service, contact Scanenter at eventpro62@gmail.com.
